I began working in Social Work in 2019, supporting LGBTQ migrants.

Most recently I worked at the biggest LGBTQIA2+  community health center in NYC. 

As a Queer and TGNC (Trans & Gender Non conforming) clinician I am committed to providing LGBTQIA2+ affirming care.


I have experience supporting people from the LGBTQIA2+ community struggling with:

These are sessions in a one-one setting tailored to your individual needs.

Together we’ll create a treatment plan based on your goals/priorities e.g., processing any events, memories, thoughts that are impacting your well-being, developing coping tools to move through life with more ease.


Personalized DBT Skills 4-month program

Billed through some comercial health insurance plans or out of pocket.

This is a one on one DBT Skills 16-week program tailored to your needs. DBT is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan and highly effective to help you cope with stress, navigate challenging emotions, improve your interpersonal skills, and build resilience in your daily life.

DBT skills focus on four core areas:

  • Mindfullness

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness
