For many neurodivergent people, the journey of self-discovery is not straightforward. Learning how to support your unique brain/body/nervous system is a life-changing process, & I would be happy to support you in that journey.

I am a neurodivergent provider; I was formally diagnosed with Autism in my early 30's.

Learning about Neurodivergence, specifically Autism, ADHD, and the high co-occurrence of these two neurotypes has been one of my special interests in the past five years. 

I have experience supporting Autistic, AuDHD, ADHD (self-identified or formally diagnosed) people who are in the process of learning more about their neurotype and wanting to nourish skills and tools to support their unique brain & nervous system.

Individual Psychotherapy 55 minutes

These are sessions in a one-one setting tailored to your individual needs.

Together we’ll create a treatment plan based on your goals/priorities e.g., exploring and learning more about your neurotype, learning holistic skills and tools to support your unique brain & nervous system, processing any events, memories, thoughts that are impacting your well-being.


Personalized DBT Skills 4-month program

Billed through some comercial health insurance plans or out of pocket.

This is a one on one DBT Skills 16-week program tailored to your needs. DBT is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan and highly effective to help you cope with stress, navigate challenging emotions, improve your interpersonal skills, and build resilience in your daily life.

DBT skills focus on four core areas:

  • Mindfullness

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

Neurodivergent Affirming Coaching*

Billed out of pocket. *Coaching is different from therapy and is not covered by health insurance. This service is available to people in and outside of NY state.

These are one on one sessions for Autistic, AuDHD, and ADHD people wanting to focus specifically on nourishing skills and building supports in their life for their unique neurotype and nervous system.

Together we’ll create a coaching plan based on your goals/priorities e.g., managing neurodivergent burnout, increasing assertiveness, boundary setting, and effective communication, supporting your executive functioning, nourishing emotional regulation skills and more.
